2. What this site is
RaroFc publishes and sells numbered edition football shirts of its own design. The site shows the catalogue, allows you to buy and gives access to the information about each order.
3. Intellectual property
The designs, the illustrations, the photographs, the texts and the RaroFc brand belong to their owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without written permission.
Pending a specific legal review. — some designs refer to clubs, players, competitions or brands. The adviser must review which references can be kept, which ones need a licence and how to describe them. The store claims no licence, sponsorship or official connection with any club, player or competition, and that is a permanent rule of the project: licences are never invented.
4. Terms of use
By using the site you undertake not to try to alter how it works, not to access non-public areas, not to automate bulk requests and not to use discount codes fraudulently.
RaroFc may suspend access or cancel an order if it detects abusive use.
5. Liability
RaroFc endeavours to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. Obvious typographical errors in a price do not create an obligation to sell at that price; if that happens, the order is cancelled and refunded in full, and notice is given by email.
The site may be unavailable because of maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. That does not give rise to any right to compensation, without prejudice to the rights that apply to an order already placed.
6. Links
The site links to the Stripe payment gateway and to our own social media profiles. RaroFc is not responsible for the content of third-party sites.
7. Privacy
Data processing is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Governing law
The governing law and competent courts are pending determination with the adviser, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that protect the buyer in their country of residence.
