Terms of sale
Draft with the company details already filled in (19/09/2026). The drafting is the store team's and is still pending review by the legal adviser (D-LEG-02): it is not legal advice. What is no longer missing: company name, registered address, registration number and data centre. What is still missing is explained inside, in its place and in full sentences rather than in brackets: EU representative, transfer safeguards, governing law, tax treatment and third-party rights.
1. Who sells
RaroFc shirts are sold by Circle Club IO, a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware (United States), with registered address at 1210 Washington Ave, suite 213, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States, registration number 7,839,520, referred to below as "RaroFc".
Contact address: atencion@rarofc.club. Any communication about an order can go through there, and the reply comes back by the same means.
2. What you are buying
Each shirt belongs to an edition of 100 numbers per model and size, from 00/99 to 99/99, of which 99 go on sale. The number that goes with each purchase is assigned at the moment of reservation and appears in the confirmation: it cannot be chosen. Number 00 of each edition is not for sale.
The shirts are made to order. The store images show the product being worn and are representative of the item; there may be minor variations inherent to manufacturing.
3. Price and taxes
Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable taxes. Shipping is included for deliveries within Spain.
The first 25 units of each model are sold at the launch price; after that, at the standard price. The price charged is always the one shown at the moment the purchase is completed, and that is how it appears in the confirmation.
Tax treatment pending confirmation with the adviser (decision D-FIS-01). — the sale is made by a US entity to consumers in Spain. The tax adviser must confirm which regime applies (VAT/IOSS) and whether this wording has to change. Decision D-FIS-01.
4. How you buy and when there is a contract
- You choose the model, the version if there is one, and the size.
- When you press "Buy", that specific unit is reserved for 30 minutes while payment is completed. If payment is not completed within that time, the reservation is released and the unit goes back on sale.
- Payment is made through the secure Stripe gateway. RaroFc neither receives nor stores the card details.
- The contract is deemed concluded when payment is confirmed and RaroFc sends the order confirmation by email, with the edition number assigned.
A redirect to the gateway or a return to the thank-you page is not, on its own, a confirmation of payment: the confirmation is the email.
5. Delivery time
The delivery time is 15 to 20 working days from payment confirmation. The shirts are made to order, so it includes production as well as transport.
The applicable delivery time will be the one shown on the product page and in the order confirmation at the moment of purchase.
6. Returns
As these are limited and numbered edition shirts, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Each unit carries a specific number from a closed edition and is made to order.
If the shirt arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to receive, free of charge, a shirt identical to the one you ordered or, if it cannot be made, another of your choosing. RaroFc covers the cost of collection and reshipping.

Note for the adviser's review (D-LEG-02). This section reflects the owner's decision, taken on 19/09/2026 with the legal objection set out and accepted. The store team placed on record a contrary analysis: that in a distance sale to consumers in Spain the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be excluded by contract, and that the exception for personalised goods would not fit, because the buyer picks a size from a closed catalogue and the number is assigned to them. It is for the adviser to weigh that in the review, not for this document or whoever drafts it.
7. Manufacturing defects
Regardless of the above, RaroFc re-makes any shirt with a manufacturing defect free of charge, with the same model, the same size and the same serial number. No further number of the edition is used up. If that model can no longer be made, you may choose any other shirt in the catalogue, free.
This guarantee is in addition to the legal rights under the guarantee of conformity and does not replace them.

8. Cancellation by RaroFc
RaroFc may cancel an order and refund it in full if the unit is not available because of a system error, if fraudulent use of a discount code or of a means of payment is detected, or if delivery to the address provided cannot be completed. In every case notice is given by email and the full amount is refunded.
9. Discount codes
- One single code per order is applied.
- A personal code only works with the email address it was issued to.
- First-purchase codes are only valid if there is no earlier purchase linked to that address.
- A code cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- RaroFc may cancel a code obtained fraudulently or distributed in bulk without authorisation.
10. Governing law and complaints
The governing law and competent courts are pending determination with the adviser — bearing in mind that the seller is a US entity and the buyer a consumer resident in Spain, who is protected in any event by the mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to them.
