Shipping and returns
Draft with the company details already filled in (19/09/2026). The drafting is the store team's and is still pending review by the legal adviser (D-LEG-02): it is not legal advice. What is no longer missing: company name, registered address, registration number and data centre. What is still missing is explained inside, in its place and in full sentences rather than in brackets: EU representative, transfer safeguards, governing law, tax treatment and third-party rights.
Shipping
Where. At launch, RaroFc ships to Spain only. When other destinations open up, it will be stated here and on the product page.
What it costs. Shipping is included in the price. There are no extra charges at the end of the purchase: the amount you see on the "Buy" button is the amount charged.
How long it takes. 15 to 20 working days from payment confirmation. The shirts are made to order, so that time includes production as well as transport.
How to follow it. When the order is dispatched, RaroFc sends an email with the tracking number. The status of the order can also be checked using the link in the confirmation.
If nobody receives the parcel. If the carrier cannot deliver it and the parcel comes back, RaroFc gets in touch by email to arrange a new shipment. A second shipment due to an incorrect address given by the buyer may have a cost.
Returns
If you have changed your mind
As these are limited and numbered edition shirts, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Each unit is a specific number from a closed edition and is made to order.

If the shirt arrives with a defect
RaroFc re-makes it free of charge, with the same model, the same size and the same serial number, and covers the cost of collection and reshipment. No further number of the edition is used up. If that model can no longer be made, you may choose any other shirt in the catalogue, free.
This guarantee is added to the legal rights under the guarantee of conformity; it does not replace them.
Write to atencion@rarofc.club with the order number and a photo of the defect. The sooner the better, but legal rights do not depend on how quickly it is reported.
If the edition number is not the one you expected
The number is assigned automatically when the unit is reserved and cannot be chosen or changed. It appears in the order confirmation before anything goes into production.
Size changes
There are no size exchanges: each unit is a specific edition number in a specific size, and it is made to order. The size guide on each product page is there to get it right before buying, and if you are unsure you can ask us at atencion@rarofc.club first.
This does not affect the above: if the shirt arrives defective or damaged, it is replaced free.
